Empire Brewing Company takes pride in our support of Syracuse area nonprofit organizations. Please note we do not donate beer. We receive several donation requests per week.We would truly like to help all of the organizations and causes that approach us. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to donate to them all.
All donation requests will be reviewed within two weeks. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved.

About Us
The Empire is a contemporary downtown bar and grill with a brewery on the premises. Here, we aspire to provide customers with the best food and libation available by utilizing fresh locally sourced ingredients. Whether it is vegetables and herbs grown in our garden, hops grown by our brewer, locally raised grass-fed angus beef, or original music performed by our friends, we give our patrons an experience that can only be had at the Empire Brewing Company.
